**DCSD State of the District "Drive-In Celebration" (Feb. 23, 2021)**

DeKalb County School District students, families, and stakeholders...

You are invited to attend the State of the District Address on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 5:30 pm. The program will be a “drive-in celebration” at 4550 Greer Circle in Stone Mountain.

Superintendent Mrs. Watson-Harris will share important updates on topics such as the reopening of schools, strategic planning, addressing learning gaps, and more. In addition, the seven regional superintendents will give their State of the Region Addresses via live webinars later that evening. Information will also be sent to parents by each regional superintendent.

FMS 2nd-Semester Virtual Learning Bell Schedule (Full Day 9am-4pm)

Freedom Middle School will transition to a Full-Day Virtual Learning Bell Schedule for the 2nd-Semester of the 2020-2021 school year beginning January 19, 2021. Students will adhere to Block instruction.

The DeKalb Public Library is offering "Free Hotspot Internet" for parents and families that may be experiencing some connectivity issues. Click HERE to view a list of library branch locations.

Freedom Holiday Drive- Thru Saturday, Dec. 12th @ 11am

Freedom Middle School will host a Holiday Drive-Thru on Saturday, December 12, 2020 to donate and distribute food to the first 300 families that arrive. The Holiday Drive-Thru will begin at 11 am.
